DPC’s Brain & partner win men’s 4.0

Kudos to DPC advanced player Don Brain who teamed up with fellow Penticton Pickleball Club member Gord Barnes to grab the Men’s 4.0 Doubles GOLD at the recent Penticton Pickleball Tournament for Mental Health.

Don has been instrumental in helping local south Okanagan players improve their pickleball skills through training and strategy sessions.

If you don’t know Don, he received his pickleball teaching qualifications from IPTPA (International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association), as well as PCI (Pickleball Coaching International). He is also a certified coach through NCCP which is a National Certification Program that prepares Canadian coaches to teach at various levels from league, to regional, provincial and national levels.
